Whilst the item I purchased i,s high quality, the post-purchase service was very disappointing. Following my order initial online I heard nothing. Eventually, I emailed to seek feedback - only to be told they had no stock and I should have been told (I hadn’t obviously?) about the delay. Another period ensued, with no communication/ update. Finally, several weeks after ordering (and paying) for the item, it finally arrived. I regret to report that I will not be using this company again, given my less than satisfactory experience.
