This arrived quickly - I was impressed by your efficiency.
The watch was not running and no instructions on how to make it work. It was not clear if was battery operated or wind up.
I emailed you. Jon replied promptly saying he would ask the manufacturer.  The answer came back quickly to remove a small 'spacer' behind the watch winder allowing the battery to connect. It worked.  
Next question what to do when the battery runs out? No instructions included. I emailed again.  This time no reply. After a week I emailed again & Jon responded very quickly apologising. He would go back to the manufacturer with this question.  The answer came back that I should take it to a jeweller/watch repair shop for them to change it so the waterproofness is not compromised which makes sense.
So my experience has been mixed - some good some less good.  I am hoping this will turn out well & give my wife years of good service when she starts using it after Christmas.
